Additional information:

               
1. Graduates should arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin.
               
2. Graduates should wear their academic gowns and caps.
               
3. Guests should be seated at least 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin.
               
4. The ceremony will be approximately two hours long.
               
5. There will be parking available at the venue.
               
6. Graduates who wish not to attend will still be required to pay the K800 Graduation fee.
